The team at the train station in Hyderabad. |
We arrived safely with all our limbs...traffic is CRAZzZy!!!!
We started ministry on Tuesday we went in the morning and evening, praying for door to door for people. We had Hindu's who knew nothing about Christianity ask us to pray for them, I guess just hoping that our God could help them, as many of them were needing a miracle. Of course their god's aren't any help.
In one of the houses we went to we met a 13 year old girl who was the only Christian in the house. Her parents were Hindu, but were open to her attending church. We know that this girl has an amazing calling on her life. It's really touching that she is growing up in a persecuted country and Hindu household and still manages to keep her eyes on God.
The rest of the week carried on like that, praying door to door for people, saved, unsaved, Hindu's and Muslims. On Thursday night we had a service for the people of the village, Vickey shared a message to the people, and the whole team ministered and prayed for people afterwards.
Now we are planning on moving to the next city for a while, not sure if we'll have Internet connection but we will keep you updated as much as possible.
Please keep us in your prayers as it really isn't easy for us as foreigners in India to share the word of God, but God has been working and it's been good.
The first day of ministry, with some Hindu's and the 13 year old girl, that has accepted Jesus. |
